Shipping Information

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of purchase unless otherwise noted in the product description. Once your order has been processed, the average transit times are as follows. Express shipping is available upon request.

  • USA: 3-5 business days

  • Canada: 5-10 business days

  • International: 10-15 business days

We cannot be held responsible for delays, damages, lost, or stolen items caused by carrier. We cannot be responsible for orders that are tracked as delivered. We cannot guarantee delivery day. If you wish to add insurance and signature confirmation with delivery, please contact us at inquiries@rohomeshop.com.

 

Exchanges

All exchanges must be authorized by RÓ by email within 7 days of receipt. We do not except full refunds. You may receive a 100% store credit of your purchase price before shipping costs once the item has been returned in its original condition. Any used or altered merchandise will not be accepted. We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail, so please collect your tracking information and ensure the package for good measure.

If an item was damaged by the shipping company during transit, please include photos of the packaging and the product. 

Items that are custom made or listed under the sale section are considered a final sale.

Gus* Modern Furniture Shipping & Exchanges

A Ró associate will contact you within 48 hours to finalize the shipping details and rate for all Gus* Modern products. Shipping payment will be invoiced separately and is required to be paid for the order to be fulfilled. The delivery timeframe is usually within 3 - 4 weeks and an estimate will be provided when contacted.

Shipping options include the following:

  • Dropshipping directly from the Gus* Modern warehouse to your home - 8% flat rate based on MSRP for eligible products.

  • Delivery by Ró - $100 per item, determined after order is placed, additional fees depending on product size and location. Feel free to contact us for a delivery quote.

  • Store pick-up - free, products will be held for 48 hours, after which a $50 per day storage fee will be charged.

Please note:

  • All Gus* Modern purchases must be made separately from other products to ensure shipping is calculated correctly.

  • Select Gus* Modern Shipping at checkout and be sure to fill in the appropriate contact information.

If you're not totally satisfied with your product, we offer store credit minus shipping for items in their original condition within 14 days.
