We're the places we travel and the books we read. We are greatly influenced by those we interact with, and feel moments of nostalgia from passed experiences seeping into the present from lessons learned, good or bad.
Sifting through the photos that I took on our trip to Texas, I came across this one. It reminded me of how quickly one feels, it surfaces fast and can act as a platform for a higher level of thought. Although the photo placement found a home, was taken, then lost, for those few seconds I saw and felt the utmost beauty. For myself its moments like this- with an unjaded eye, I feel most alive.
To some it may be viewed as a rickety old lunch pavilion in the midst of northern Texas, but others may have a different opinion.
